Availability

GBI's shipping policy is to send out all products that we do have in stock for each order. Any items that are currently out of stock, we then order from the respective publishers. To receive these backordered items takes approximately 10 business days, at which point we ship the outstanding products.

Shipping & Handling

1. Shipping Destinations We currently ship to all addresses within the United States, including P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO addresses.

2. Processing Time

• All orders are processed within 1–3 business days.

• Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

• If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery.

3. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

• Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days.

• In-Store Pickup: Free (Available at our retail location during business hours).

4. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

5. Damages Grace Books is liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim. Contact our support line at 8189095555 to initiate a replacement (see return policy below).
