A study Bible of this size is worth having indexed. This edition carries a thumb index cut into the fore-edge so that any book can be found in one movement, which matters when the volume is being used in a class or from a pulpit.

Everything else is the fully redesigned second edition of The MacArthur Study Bible: nearly 25,000 verse-by-verse notes drawn from more than fifty years of John MacArthur's pastoral and scholarly work, 190 in-text maps and charts, book introductions, an index to key doctrines and a concordance, in the New American Standard Bible text.
